Launch of the NCDI Poverty Network

Draft Charter open for public comment

Following the virtual launch of The Lancet Commission on Reframing NCDs and Injuries for the Poorest Billion, the NCDI Poverty secretariat will be launching The NCDI Poverty Network. This network will be a platform for National NCDI Poverty Commissions to identify solutions and mobilize support to address critical challenges posed by NCDs and injuries among the world’s poorest people.

The charter is open for public comment until Wednesday September 30, 2020.

The NCDI Poverty Network will be comprised of members of all 15 National Commissions.

The complete text and template that can be used to facilitate feedback is available here. We welcome all feedback and input to ensure that the guidelines for this movement captures the views and perspectives of the community that the network will represent.
