Resources and Tools

In collaboration with our partners and community of experts, the NCD Synergies project is collecting a set of research articles, planning tools, and resources of interest to those working to address noncommunicable diseases and injuries in settings of extreme poverty.

We have also compiled training and program operation tools and materials in a Toolkit for Outpatient Care of Severe, Chronic NCDs at First-Level Hospitals that is available through our website, across a variety of sections focusing on implementation and work planning, baseline assessment, clinical guideline development, training and mentorship, progressive decentralization, medical informatics, and monitoring and evaluation.

For questions about available resources or information about how to contribute to this database, contact NCD Synergies.
